By downloading, installing, or using the PokerPrism mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PokerPrism ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
PokerPrism is a mobile application that provides poker equity calculators (Texas Hold'em, PLO, PLO5, PLO6, Big-O, Hi-Lo), range analysis tools, hand heatmaps, a bankroll tracker with session timer and statistics, player notes, and simulation saving. The App is available on Android and iOS.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice.
To access the App's features, you must create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with access to all premium features. No payment information is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, access to premium features is restricted until you subscribe. The trial is limited to one per account.
We offer two premium subscription plans:
Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Actual prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and are determined by the app store.
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current subscription price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PokerPrism and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the App (including saved simulations, player notes, and bankroll data). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
You may delete your account at any time from the My Account screen within the App. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, saved data, and personal information from our servers. An active subscription must be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store before or after deleting your account to stop future charges.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. POKER EQUITY CALCULATIONS ARE STATISTICAL ESTIMATES AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS GUARANTEES OF OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POKERPRISM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PokerPrism and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
